Representative B.Davis brought up reconsideration of the vote on HJR

The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27                                                 
Relating to an amendment to the Constitution of the United States             
prohibiting desecration of the Flag of the United States.                      
                                                                               
The Speaker placed a call of the House.
